Stephanie Dolly isn’t your typical pastry chef. She’s a self-taught, community-backed dessert visionary who turned grit into greatness.

A single mother of two, Stephanie started with just $40 and a mission to bring joy to people’s tables. She earned her retail bakery license in 2017 and completed the SpringGR entrepreneur training program soon after. What began with dessert jars in parking lots quickly became a full-blown bakery business—rooted in hustle, heart, and an obsession with flavor.

Her philosophy? If the dessert doesn’t make you pause and say, “Oh wow,” it’s not ready.
