  • How soon will my order be fufilled?
    When ordering online, please specify the date you would like your order to be fufilled by in the "special requests" section at checkout.
  • How do if I confirm my order?
    Customers have the option to pay for their order online directly with either credit card or Paypal. If paying with cash, please select the "manual" payment option at the end of checkout. A confirmation order will then be sent via. invoice to your email. If you have not recieved an invoice for your order, please contact us at dollysdelights17@gmail.com or call 616-389-0864.
  • What if I don't see the dessert that I want on your menu?
    Our motto at Dolly Delight's is: "If you want it, We can make it!" Please contact us via. our contact us page on the website!
  • How many people does a sheet cake feed?
  • What if I'm not happy with my order?
    We do not issue refunds on orders that are already fufilled. At the time of pickup or delivery please inform our team about any concerns you may have.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placing your order in order to recieve a full refund. For all orders that are same day or next day customers, NO cancellations or NO refunds will be given.
  • How do I show an example picture of the cake I want?
    When submitting your order, you may submit additional details in the "Special Requests box (pictured above) section of checkout. If you would like to submit a photo example, please send us an email at dollysdelights17@gmail.com .
  • How many people does a round cake feed?
